Subject: Important: BAEM Advising for Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 Hello BAEM Major, Advising for BAEM majors has started for Fall 2009 and Spring 2010. If you are graduating before Fall 2009 please see http://onestop.umn.edu/onestop/Graduating/Degree_Application_Procedures.html to apply for your degree and then ignore the rest of this message. An advising hold has been placed on your records. To remove this hold you need to submit your academic plans for Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 and have them approved by your adviser. This is done using our on-line system at http://www.aem.umn.edu/srs You may also request an appointment with your adviser using this system, but an advising appointment is not required. Instructions for submitting your plans and other advising materials can be found at http://www.aem.umn.edu/teaching/undergraduate/advising_guide/ In particular, there is now extended information available on the technical electives offered by the AEM Department. See http://www.aem.umn.edu/teaching/undergraduate/advising_guide/offered_tech_electives.shtml Once you select a term to view, click on the "View more information about this course" links to see this information. To check your progress towards the BAEM degree and what requirements you have yet to meet, obtain an APAS report using the link on http://onestop.umn.edu/ One stop also has links to class schedules and other useful information.
